I just purchased a Roku Ultra after using a WD media player to play mkv files on my tv. I tried plugging in a 2TB WD My Passport portable hard drive and the Roku will not acknowledge it.

The product is a piece of crap i am using The HD media players since 6 years ive had before the buffolo HD multimedia theatre after 5 years it stooped now i am using the Iomega 1TB HD media player and it is Great so i wanted to buy one for my children and i decided to buy the WD tv live plus i received the product and i tried it it worked after 5 hours i tried to use it it. Hoping someone can answer this. Tried a simple 8GB thumbdrive and it worked great.
